Steve Barnett loses fight for life

4th Jan 2010: It is with deep regret that I have to inform you that Steve Barnett, one of our respected referees died on January 2nd from cancer. Steve has been refereeing for the Kestrels and Solent area for many years and will be deeply missed. I'm sure you will all join me in wishing his wife and family our deepest sympathy.
