Kestrels host Under 18s Basketball Tournament

6th Sep 2012: Some of the best teams and players in the country will be heading for Eastleigh next weekend Saturday 15th & Sunday 16th September 2012 for the annual Kestrel Guards Trophy Under 18s Premier Basketball Tournament. In it's third year the tournament has become an important pre-season fixture in the Basketball calendar.
Competing this year will be last year's champions Barking Abbey, 2010 champions Manchester Magic, Reading Rockets, Bristol Academy Flyers, Medways Park Crusaders, Surrey Heat, Lewisham Thunder and an exciting young Solent Kestrels team.
The games are being held at Quilley School & Barton Peveril College,Chestnut Avenue,Eastleigh and the tournament starts at 12 noon on Saturday and 10 am on Sunday.
On Saturday evening there will be a Mens Exhibition Game between a Kestrels team and Bracknell.
Burgers and refreshments will be available.
