Team Solent Kestrels Basketball Club is a registered Community Interest Company (CIC). 

This means that we are a non-profit, limited company that exists to benefit the community rather than private shareholders, however we are not a charity.

The CIC is managed for three directors:

Matthew Guymon
Matthew Bishop
Kathryn Blandford

In addition, the management team have delegated the following roles to members of the committee:
