CLUB STRUCTURE
Solent Kestrels Basketball Club is a registered Community Interest Company (CIC).
This means that we are a non-profit, limited company that exists to benefit the community rather than private shareholders, however we are not a charity.
The CIC is managed for three directors:
Matthew Guymon
Matthew Bishop
Kathryn Blandford
In addition, the management team have delegated the following roles to members of the committee:
Director of Coaching Boys/Men: Matt Guymon
Head of Girls/Women Programme: Vicky Milner
Safeguarding and Welfare: Paula Reidy
Admin/Finance: Kathryn Blandford
Fixtures: Ollie Jerram
Appointment of Officials: Nathan Clifford
Marketing/Media: Jack O'Keeffe
